Heidi has been a Soccer player at Mountain Pointe since 1992. She is not new to All-City banquets, having been selected to the All-City Soccer Teams in 1995 and 1996. Heidi was named to the All Region and Tribune All-East Valley first team both her Junior and Senior years. She has also been named to the All-State Second Team in 1995 and 1996. At Mountain Pointe she has won the Joe Selleh award, Defensive Most Valuable Player, and has been team Captain her Junior and Senior years.
Heidi also excels in the academic arena; ranking 76th in a class of 582, carrying a 4.02 grade point average. Heidi has received national recognition being listed in Who's Who among American High School Students. Heidi has been active in numerous organizations on and off the Mountain Pointe campus. She is a member of National Honor Society, T.V. Production, and served in Student Government in all four years at Mountain Pointe, currently serving as Student Council Senior Class President.
Heidi is the daughter of Thom & Diane Theis.
