Christopher has been a varsity swimmer at Corona del Sol since 1989 and was not only City Champion in the 50 free, but Central Region Champion as well. He also has been honored with the Arizona Interscholastic Associations Scholar-Athlete Award for 1989, 1990, 1991. This past fall, Christopher was named an Academic All-American by the Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association of America. Christopher has excelled in academics as well as athletics. He finished 59th in a class of 649, and posted a 4.0 grade point average.
Christopher has been active in numerous organizations both on and off the Corona del Sol campus. He is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Inter-Club-Council, and President of the Letter Club. He also has been active in or community with the United Way, Children Crisis Center, and helping St. Vincent de Paul serve food to the homeless.
