Chloe is the daughter of Kathy Hacker and a senior student  at Corona del Sol High School with a cumulative GPA of 4.84; ranked 4th out of 634 students.

After being selected to the All-City Swim and Dive Team from her freshman through senior years, Chloe's honors include being selected to the Arizona All-State Swim and Dive Teams during the 2010-11 and 2011-12 years. She was the Arizona Interscholastic Association Diver of the year in 2012-13, a state finalist throughout her high school career, and was state champion in her freshman and sophomore years. Chloe is a nationally ranked swimmer and member of the USA Pre-Olympic Talent Development Program, as well as a national diver for the Sun Devil Divers, Arizona Marlins, and Tucson Dive Team.

 Chloe's other activities include being a member of the Corona del Sol Dance Team, the French Club, and a National Honor society member and officer during her senior year. She has donated hundreds of hours of service for the National Charity League, worked with special needs children through her church, and tutored students in Math and French.
